Our Process

The process of making our jerky and bacony bits is straightforward. After the soybeans are planted and grown, they are harvested, dried, and then milled into flour. That soy flour is blended and cooked with water, then extruded and allowed to dry. Then, we add the dried soy to a marinade of wet and dry ingredients along with water and allow it to soak in. Then, we hand-place it on baking sheets and put it into the oven to remove excess moisture. Once completed and cooled, we place it all into bags for you to enjoy.
